A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order, and the balance is due upon pick-up (if your order is being delivered, the balance is due 48 hours prior to delivery). Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and/or your 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made in cash, debit or credit (Visa & Mastercard only). Cake orders placed with less than two weeks’ notice requires payment in full by credit card at the time of ordering. All deposits are non-refundable. Events dates are held for you through the date of your appointment or quote, and seven (7) days afterwards. If we do not receive a signed contract and/or 50% deposit within seven (7) days of your appointment or quote, your date may become unavailable.
As mentioned, we accept cash, debit, or credit. We have NEVER accepted e-transfer. We will never ask for this form of payment.
