A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order, and the balance is due upon pick-up (if your order is being delivered, the balance is due 48 hours prior to delivery). Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and/or your 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made in cash, debit or credit (Visa & Mastercard only). Cake orders placed with less than two weeks’ notice requires payment in full by credit card at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable. Events dates are held for you through the date of your appointment or quote, and seven (7) days afterwards. If we do not receive a signed contract and/or 50% deposit within seven (7) days of your appointment or quote, your date may become unavailable.
As mentioned, we accept cash, debit, or credit. We have NEVER accepted etransfer. We will never ask for this form of payment. Our email was recently hacked and the culpret has emailed our customers (as me - the owner) and informed them to etransfer the funds.....it wasn't us requesting this. Please don't ever send payment to us this way. Also, we will NEVER email outside of our bakery hours. Thank you for your understanding, and be careful with any payments you send over the internet......it can (and probably) will be hacked.
All photos shown are of prior custom orders and are not to be mistaken with what we are limited to do for you, but more to give you a feel of what we can do for you. If you can imagine it we can create it. Please note that we require at least 48 hours' notice for any custom cupcake order (a 50% deposit is required at time of booking). When ordering custom cupcakes with hand crafted edible decorations, they can only be picked up on the day of your event due to the sensitive nature of the product.
